Why We Built This
Hi, we're Baljeet and Ravneet — and if you've ever stayed up late scrolling through Pinterest boards, second-guessing your party theme choices, or feeling like you're somehow failing at something that should be fun... we get it. We've been there.
Our daughter Anayat's birthday parties were always a source of excitement and, honestly, a lot of anxiety. Ravneet works full-time as a dentist. I'm a software engineer. Between our schedules, finding time to plan a magical celebration felt impossible. We'd start with good intentions and end up stressed, overwhelmed, and wishing we could just enjoy the process.
One night, after yet another late-night party planning session that left us both exhausted, we thought: there has to be a better way. Parents shouldn't have to choose between throwing a great party and keeping their sanity.
So we built the tool we wished existed. Party Genius isn't just an app — it's the answer to every "what theme should we do?" debate, every "did I forget something?" worry, and every moment of party planning panic we've experienced ourselves.
