By accessing or using Party Genius AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. Party Genius AI provides AI-powered party planning tools that help users organize birthday parties, celebrations, and other events. Our services include: • AI-generated party plans, task lists, and timelines • Party invitation creation and RSVP management • Guest management and collaboration tools • Premium features for enhanced functionality The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation: You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods. Free Trial: If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase for first-time subscribers.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You acknowledge and agree that: • AI-generated content is for informational and planning purposes only • AI suggestions should not be relied upon as professional advice • You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of AI suggestions • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI outputs Always use your own judgment and verify important details such as: • Food allergy and safety considerations • Venue capacity and safety requirements • Age-appropriate activities • Budget accuracy

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free • Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable • Any errors in the Service will be corrected You use the Service at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARTY GENIUS AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
