Is Party Genius AI free to use?
Yes. The free tier lets you build a complete party plan — checklist, timeline, menu, activities, and more — at no cost. Premium is an optional upgrade that unlocks extra features, and there is no charge to browse or plan.
How do I create a party plan?
Open the birthday planner, tell us the celebrant, age, theme, guest count, and date, and Party Genius generates a full plan in seconds. You can edit any part of it and save it to your account.
How do I upgrade to premium?
Visit the pricing page to buy a $4.99 Party Pass for a single party or the $29.99 Annual Pass for a full year. Payment is handled securely by Stripe and premium features unlock immediately.
How do I get a refund?
Email hello@partygeniusai.com within 30 days of any paid purchase and we refund you in full, no questions asked. See our refund policy for the full details.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, choose "Forgot password" and enter your email. We send a secure reset link. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder or email hello@partygeniusai.com.
How do I delete my account or data?
Open your privacy choices in settings to export or delete your data, or email hello@partygeniusai.com and we will remove your account. Most data is deleted within 30 days, as described in our privacy policy.
