Do I need an account to use the free tools?
No account needed for our 42 free planning tools (pizza calculator, budget planner, guest list, etc.). You only need to sign up when you want to save a full AI-generated party plan to your dashboard.
What counts as an “edit”?
Name, date, time, and location changes are free on every party, including the free one — fix a typo or move the date and nothing is deducted. Changing the theme, celebrant age, venue type, guest count, or budget is the paid-party feature, and on a Party Pass or Annual party you can make those changes as many times as you like. There is no edit cap and no edit counter.
How many times can I regenerate the AI plan?
A Party Pass or Annual party gets 5 full AI regenerations — the AI rebuilds the whole blueprint (menu, activities, timeline, shopping list, playlist) from scratch, five times per party. A free party gets its one initial AI-generated plan and no regenerations. Regenerating is separate from editing: editing details on a paid party is unlimited and never uses a regeneration.
